How do I pre-alert my package?

Go to the Pre-Alert page, fill out the form with your item’s details, and upload your invoice. This helps us clear and process your package faster.

We ship 4 times per week by air and once per week by sea. You’ll be notified when your package arrives and is ready for pickup or delivery.

Yes, you’ll get a tracking number from the store or courier you purchased from. We do not provide additional tracking on our end.

You’ll receive an invoice via email or WhatsApp. Payments can be made via bank transfer or in person during pickup or delivery.
