We provide shipping and delivery services via air and sea from the U.S. to Jamaica. Services are offered on a weekly schedule and include delivery or pickup.

2. Payments
Payments must be made before delivery. We accept bank transfer and other listed payment methods. Proof of payment must be submitted to confirm booking.

3. Delivery
Delivery is available to select locations. Fees are listed on the Rates page. If a customer is unavailable, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

4. Prohibited Items
Items banned by Jamaican customs or classified as dangerous goods will not be accepted. See the FAQ or contact us for more info.

5. Liabilities
We are not liable for items damaged or lost during transit due to third-party handling, customs delays, or incorrect declarations.

6. Account Responsibility
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

Refund & Return Policy

At Seelya Shipping JA, we do our best to make your experience smooth and reliable. Here’s what you need to know about refunds and returns:

1. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your package has been shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

2. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

3. Item Issues
If your item is damaged or lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the freight forwarder. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party couriers or customs.

4. Canceling Pre-Alerts
You can cancel a pre-alert before we receive the package at the warehouse. Once received, no cancellation or refund is possible.

5. Incorrect Billing
If you believe you’ve been billed incorrectly, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your invoice.
